I have both iWork and Office 2011 for Mac. I have saved/kept several Word (.doc) documents in relevant Air documents folders. After I have fully opened a.pages document, a menu below 'File' allows me to 'move' that document to iCloud. However, a 'Move To.' Option is not available when I highlight an opened.doc Word document. I know that this Office program is a Microsoft program. I can also convert the.doc document to a.pages document, and then move that document to iCloud. Is there some other, perhaps simpler, way to move a.doc document to iCloud? There is no automatic.doc to.pages conversion occurring by dragging and dropping a.doc file into iCloud as I have mentioned. I tested this by dragging the file (moving) the.doc file onto my desktop from iCloud, and then opening it with LibreOffice.
